The Site is hosted and operated in India. If you use the Site from outside India, please be aware that the information you provide to us is transmitted to, processed, and stored in India. The User shall be required to provide a phone number for the purpose of the registration of a User on an app and accessing the site. Once the registration is complete Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address for further availing services as per the requirement.

The User may be subjected to disclose confidential / sensitive information related to the health while scheduling an appointment with an expert. The same shall be obtained with the explicit consent and for the better diagnosis and to render the service towards improvement.

However if the User no longer wishes to avail services or access the app, the information already stored shall be deleted within seven days since the User ceases to access the site or deletes the account with the app.
